Operated by: Scott Friedson and associated entities including Insurance Claim Recovery Support (ICRS) and Insurance Claim Academy (collectively, “Affiliates”)
And: You, the applying public adjuster (“Licensee”) and/or Sponsor
Participants may enroll as a Licensee (public adjuster) and/or Sponsor (vendor/partner). Benefits include PublicInsuranceAdjusterNearMe.com directory exposure, territory-based promotion, SEO optimization, visibility, marketing exposure, and potential lead referrals and access to educational resources from Insurance Claim Academy. Opportunities for continuing education, professional development, and code of ethics alignment.
Membership fees vary based on tier (Essential, Professional, Elite, or Sponsorship). All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. Renewals occur annually unless canceled in writing before renewal date.
All participants represent that submitted business and credential information is truthful and current. Public adjusters must maintain licensing in all listed states. Sponsors must accurately describe offerings. All claims experience, credentials, and testimonials submitted are truthful
They will conduct business ethically and professionally under applicable insurance regulations
They will not misrepresent affiliation, leads, or training certifications from Insurance Claim Academy as state-licensed CE or licensure substitutes
Certain sponsorship categories are limited by territory to avoid exclusivity conflicts. Territory-Limited Category Leaders are allowed 1 per category per 3-state region. Renewal rights apply with 30-day priority notice.
Participants agree their profiles, logos, testimonials, and content may be published and marketed by PublicInsuranceAdjusterNearMe.com and/or Insurance Claim Academy for visibility and SEO purposes. Listings may be modified for formatting or compliance.
While SEO optimization is built into listings and structure, no ranking position or lead volume is guaranteed. Organic results vary based on Google algorithms and user behavior.
Certain membership levels include access to digital training, live Q&A, or certifications via Insurance Claim Academy. These are not CE-certified unless explicitly stated.
Participants agree to fully release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Scott Friedson, PublicInsuranceAdjusterNearMe.com, Insurance Claim Recovery Support (ICRS), Insurance Claim Academy, and all associated entities, staff, and contractors from any legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial liability arising from but not limited to:
– Misuse of listings
– Client interaction or outcomes
– SEO results
– Misrepresentation or violations by Licensee or Sponsor
– Listing content accuracy or consumer reliance
– Training or certification misinterpretation
– Marketing outcomes, SEO visibility, or legal exposure
– State or regulatory action against Licensee
This clause applies even in cases of perceived negligence and survives cancellation or termination.
The Company may suspend or revoke any listing or sponsorship for cause, with or without refund, including ethics complaints, licensing issues, or conduct damaging to the reputation of the platform.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
